Gym will be back in GTA 6

Gym activity was first introduced in GTA: San Andreas which was pretty fun because it was crazy dynamics at that time in a sense that you will grow your body or make it thin according to the workout you prefer. This makes players to customize character in game rather than creating before starting the game, This will make much more sense since they are including AI on the NPCs so each NPCs will have their own dynamics changes. For example, an NPC might physically change due to in-game activities, like working out at the gym, or their behavior might evolve based on player actions or game events.

3v3 Basketball mini game

There are many speculations from the GTA 6 gameplay leaks, and fans have confirmed that GTA 6 will now feature mini-games like a 3v3 basketball game where you can play with NPCs, including side characters from the game. If you stroll around the map and find a court where AI is playing basketball, you can join them and play. Participating in these games will increase your stamina, making the protagonist faster and more agile.

Golf

Golf was one of the fun activities in GTA 5, but it was not very immersive. It felt like a feature implemented just for fun rather than a serious activity, and the points system wasn't good.
